3. It can enrich our practices. We may borrow devotional acts from other religions.
PERCEIVED PERILS
1. We may become fascinated with another religion and decide to abandon ours.
2. We may discover practices in other religions that we don't agree with and label the practioners as inferior to us.
3. We may discover many similarities among religions and decide there is no need to have separate organized religions.
